SUMMARY:Welcome to 802 Subaru! We are one of the largest dealerships in Vermont, are growing rapidly and are in need of additional automotive technicians. We are currently expanding our shop with 11 brand new bays. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, great teammates and plenty of work to go around! We also pride ourselves on development with plenty of training available to help our mechanics continue to develop their skills and advance within the company, if desired.Â
EARNING POTENTIAL:Our Flat Rate Technicians have the potential to make over $100,000/year! Our mechanics can also earn up to a $4,000/year bonus.

EARNING POTENTIAL:
We offer an aggressive pay structure designed for high performers. Experienced Sales Consultants have the potential to earn over $150,000, with first-year earnings ranging from $75,000 to $100,000.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Welcome customers and listen to their needs
- Assisting our clients with vehicle selection
- Collaborate with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Assist with moving vehicle inventory

Service Advisor - 802 Subaru
SUMMARY:Welcome to 802 Subaru, one of Vermont's largest and most respected dealerships! We are currently seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. At 802 Subaru, we offer a relaxed and supportive work environment, job stability, and the opportunity to work alongside great teammates. The Service Advisor plays a key role in maximizing Service Department performance while maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Depending on experience and performance, this position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greets customer and obtains customer and vehicle information and mileage
- Determines general nature of repairs needed and writes a clear description of customer needs on the repair order
- Points out other noticed repairs or maintenance for which the customer has a need
- Provides customer with estimated repair costs and anticipated time of completion
- Sends repair order to be dispatched and maintains contact with technicians throughout the workday
- Calculates estimates on technician found repairs and notifies customer of these needs
- Notifies customer when repairs are completed
- At pick-up, reviews work performed and multi-point inspection results
- Answer phones, collect customer info and make appointments
- Other duties as assigned
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Comfortable interacting and dealing with the public; Must have a professional appearance
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and fulfilling several obligations at once
- Prior automotive experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Able to operate computer based systems
