802 Subaru - Automotive Service Technician
SUMMARY:Welcome to 802 Subaru! We are one of the largest dealerships in Vermont, are growing rapidly and are in need of additional automotive technicians. We are currently expanding our shop with 11 brand new bays. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, great teammates and plenty of work to go around! We also pride ourselves on development with plenty of training available to help our mechanics continue to develop their skills and advance within the company, if desired.
EARNING POTENTIAL:Our Flat Rate Technicians have the potential to make over $100,000/year! Our mechanics can also earn up to a $4,000/year bonus.

802 Subaru - Valet Attendant
SUMMARY:Welcome to 802 Subaru! We are one of the largest dealerships in Vermont and are looking for a new Valet Attendant! We offer relaxed atmosphere, job stability and amazing teammates!
EARNING POTENTIAL:Pay for our Valet Drivers starts at $18/hour with plenty of opportunity for promotion within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Tagging service vehicles and parking the vehicles in the lot for service technicians
- Staging vehicles upon completion for customer delivery
- Keeping the service drive/service reception area clean
- Assisting in snow removal from the parking lot, entrances, and service vehicle
- Shuttling customers to and from the dealership
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning of service loaner vehicles
- Other duties as assigned

Parts Manager - 802 Subaru
SUMMARY:Welcome to 802 Subaru! We are one of the largest Subaru dealerships in Vermont and are looking for a new Parts Manager to join our team! We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, and amazing teammates!
The Parts Manager is accountable for the overall operation and profitability of the dealership's parts department. This includes ensuring efficient processes, fostering positive and professional relationships with customers, technicians, and dealership personnel, and consistently delivering the highest level of customer service.
Compensation for this position is commission-based, with a total earning potential ranging from $90,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience, motivation, and demonstrated performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Return a profit on dealership's investment in parts inventory
Inventory control
Determining appropriate inventory levels while ensuring periodic parts turnover
Reviewing sales figures, costs and stock monthly to ensure budget benchmarks are met.
Inventory Security
Confirming that parts are appropriately coded so the dealership can claim a complete refund for unused factory stock.
Daily management and staffing of the department which includes; hiring, training, motivating and monitoring the performance of all parts staff.
Establishing competitive pricing specifications in various categories while generating sufficient profits and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- At least 3 years of managerial experience
- Outgoing, energetic personality with a consistently positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a process driven environment
- Exceptional customer service mindset with proven organizational skills; highly motivated and a strong team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Proficient in operating computer-based systems
- Valid and current driver's license
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
