802 Subaru - Automotive Service Technician

SUMMARY:

Welcome to 802 Subaru! We are one of the largest dealerships in Vermont, are growing rapidly and are in need of additional automotive technicians. We are currently expanding our shop with 11 brand new bays. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, great teammates and plenty of work to go around! We also pride ourselves on development with plenty of training available to help our mechanics continue to develop their skills and advance within the company, if desired. We value our technicians, and pay begins at $16/hour and increases dramatically depending on experience.

EARNING POTENTIAL:

Our Flat Rate Technicians on average are paid over $27/hour and have had some high producing techs make over $40/hour! Our mechanics can also earn up to a $4,000/year bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive vehicles.
  • Complete a Multi-Point Inspection on every vehicle.
  • Test drive vehicles including some with manual transmission.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Subaru experience and or ASE Certifications a Plus!

F&I Manager at 802 Subaru

SUMMARY:

We are hiring! 802 Subaru is looking for a new Finance Manager to join our sales department. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, and great teammates.

EARNING POTENTIAL:
On average, an F&I Manager will make around $100,000-$175,000/year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Working face to face with customers to complete paperwork necessary for the purchase of a vehicle and warranty products
  • Completing established processes to generate revenue for the department
  • Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
  • Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
  • Reviews customers credit applications
  • Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, levels, and customer service
  • Sorting and file paperwork in order to maintain proper record keeping practices
  • Follows up on funding of car deals with banks and OEM while building lender relationships
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Outgoing, high energy personality and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and work well in a process driven environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills, organized, driven, a team player, and possess the ability to "close"
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
